As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from Procurement Leads interested in expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.
You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capital projects and operational support activities. You'll work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement activities for fuel terminal, bulk storage and infrastructure projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, services and contracts.
Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with project objectives, commercial requirements and operational priorities.
Manage tendering and sourcing processes, including preparation of RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, contract negotiations and supplier selection.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders to drive performance, value creation and supply chain reliability.
Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance and procurement risks, implementing mitigation strategies to support successful project execution.
Collaborate closely with project, engineering, construction and operations teams to ensure procurement plans, delivery schedules and contract commitments are aligned with project milestones and business requirements
About you
Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience leading procurement activities within fuel terminals, bulk storage, oil & gas, energy, industrial infrastructure, or major capital project environments.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing procurement strategies, managing complex tender processes, and negotiating high-value contracts that deliver commercial and operational outcomes.
Strong understanding of contract management, supplier performance, risk mitigation and supply chain management, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Experience working closely with project, engineering, construction and operations teams to support the successful delivery of brownfield and greenfield infrastructure projects.
Highly developed commercial acumen, analytical capability and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build effective relationships with suppliers, contractors and internal business leaders.
