As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from Project Administrators interested in expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.
You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capital projects and operational support activities. You'll work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end project administration support across multiple workstreams
Coordinate project procurement activities, including raising purchase requisitions, tracking orders, and liaising with vendors and internal procurement teams
Coordinate documentation, reporting, and project correspondence
Maintain project records, procurement registers, and systems (SAP, SharePoint, MS Office)
Support project and delivery teams with scheduling, reporting, and deliverables tracking
Manage onboarding, timesheets, procurement coordination, and general logistics
Ensure timely follow-up on key actions, procurement milestones, deadlines, and outstanding items
Assist with document control, ensuring compliance with project, procurement, and client requirements
Liaise with internal stakeholders, procurement teams, and site teams to keep projects moving efficiently
About you
Proven experience in a Project Administrator role within bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal infrastructure sectors environments or similar
Exposure to procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination within a project environment
Strong systems capability including SAP (or other ERP), SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience supporting maintenance, engineering, or project delivery teams in a high-volume environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across multiple stakeholders and vendors
Proactive approach with strong follow-up and coordination capability
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
