Your Impact

As Logistics Control Tower Manager - Route to Market, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our delivery network through data-driven insights, scenario modelling and transport optimisation. You'll leverage Control Tower capability to evaluate strategic and operational supply chain opportunities, helping the business make smarter decisions that balance service, cost and customer outcomes.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead - Route to Market, and working closely with Operations, Procurement and key stakeholders, you'll translate complex logistics challenges into practical operational plans that improve network efficiency, support route-to-market transformation and enhance customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Control Tower scenario modelling to assess route-to-market strategies, delivery models and customer collaboration opportunities.
  • Analyse transport, scheduling and network performance data to provide actionable operational insights and recommendations.
  • Evaluate service, cost and operational impacts of supply chain initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations, Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic planning and implementation.
  • Translate supply chain strategies into clear operational plans with defined priorities, impacts and execution requirements.
  • Drive transport optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Use data and evidence-based insights to influence decision-making and support future-ready supply chain solutions.


About You

You're a strategic and analytical supply chain professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges through data, modelling and stakeholder collaboration. You can connect strategic objectives with operational realities and are passionate about improving network performance and customer outcomes through informed decision-making.

You'll bring:
  • Experience in logistics, transport planning, supply chain optimisation or network planning within a complex operational environment.
  • Strong capability in logistics data analysis, scenario modelling and translating insights into practical recommendations.
  • Experience using Control Tower capability, modelling tools or analytical platforms to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • A strong understanding of transport operations, scheduling, route-to-market models and supply chain cost drivers.
  • Experience partnering with Operations, Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven insights.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Commerce, Data Analytics or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
