Your Day-to-Day
As an Intern within our Civil/Structural Buildings team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing your technical and professional capabilities.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting the projects through assisting with planning, technical solutions, coordinator and report writing
Using your project management skills
Working with a team of talented professionals of a variety of multidisciplinary projects

Developing your capabilities and technical skills.
You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, learn industry best practices, and gain exposure to a variety of projects and clients within the Buildings team.

Our internship program is designed to provide meaningful work experience while helping you build a strong foundation for your career. The program typically runs from 16 November 2026 to 5 February 2027; however, exact dates may vary depending on business needs and your availability.

About You
We're looking for curious, motivated, and collaborative students who are passionate about making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
You'll ideally:
- Be in your penultimate year of study (completing your degree in 2027).
- Be currently undertaking an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Show initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Be committed to delivering sustainable and innovative solutions.
- Have AU Citizenship, AU PR or be a NZ Citizen.
