About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. This position is responsible for providing a range of administration and secretarial support to the Electrophysiology Service and the Department of Cardiology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. This includes, working under limited direction, coordinating and running Cardiology Outpatient Clinics, managing correspondence, assisting with billing processes, data entry and assisting with registering patients onto the Electrophysiology Waitlist.

Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse range of administrative tasks independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital team environment.
Proven ability to take initiative, problem-solve and use sound judgment to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands to deliver an effective service.
Has an understanding of Medical Terminology or certificate demonstrating completion of same.
