About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubbo.
This community-based role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in providing mental health care and engaging with clients in an acute setting. Previous experience in mental health is desirable, and the successful applicant will have a passion for delivering evidence-based interventions that support positive outcomes for consumers and their families.
The position is based in Dubbo and operates Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide services across Dubbo and surrounding communities. Outreach forms an important part of the role, and travel, including occasional overnight stays, will be required.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this position is the opportunity to work within the community, meet new consumers, and witness the positive impact that interventions and supports can have on their recovery journey. The role also requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate and network with a range of services across Dubbo and the wider region.
