As a Patient Survey Volunteer<\/b> at Neringah Hospital<\/b>, you'll play an important role in helping patients and their families share feedback about their HammondCare experience. By supporting patients to complete a short survey on a hospital\-provided tablet, you'll help ensure their voices are heard and their experiences contribute to improving future care and services.

? About the Role<\/b> You'll approach patients and families in a friendly and respectful manner, explain the survey process, and assist them in completing the questionnaire using a HammondCare tablet.

    • ? Additional cyber security training to support safe information handling

      ? Additional Information<\/b> If a patient raises concerns requiring immediate attention, volunteers will be fully supported to refer these appropriately to hospital staff. You won't be expected to manage patient concerns on your own.
