The Role

As an experienced Asset Finance Broker, you'll have the best of both worlds-access to a consistent flow of qualified, high-volume opportunities while also having the freedom to build and grow your own portfolio of consumer and commercial clients.

Whether you already have an established network or you're looking to expand your client base, you'll be supported by Ausloans' national brand, industry-leading technology, extensive lender panel, and dedicated operational support, allowing you to focus on what you do best-writing deals and building relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing qualified inbound opportunities while continuing to build your own client portfolio

• Structuring and submitting consumer and commercial asset finance applications across a broad lender panel

• Managing clients from enquiry through to settlement

• Developing referral partnerships and generating repeat business

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Contributing to the growth and success of our new Brisbane office

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in asset finance broking

• Strong knowledge of consumer and/or commercial asset finance

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, self-driven approach

• High attention to detail and strong compliance standards

• A desire to grow with a business that's investing in Brisbane

Previous leadership experience isn't essential. What matters most is that you're an experienced broker who enjoys building relationships, delivering great outcomes, and wants to be part of something from the ground up.
