The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant or Manager to join a high-performing and supportive team in the heart of Sydney CBD. You'll work closely with clients and Partners, contribute to meaningful advisory work, and have the opportunity to grow your career within a firm that invests in its people and rewards ambition. Position Responsibilities Collaborate with Partners and team members to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients Support the delivery of tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning Review and oversee the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive advice and exceptional service Review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG obligations across a range of client structures Liaise with the ATO and other statutory authorities on behalf of clients Participate in training sessions, technical workshops, team meetings and social events Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Sydney CBD office About You Minimum of 5-6 years' experience within a Chartered Accounting Practice CA qualified or currently undertaking the CA Program Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge Expertise in practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks Knowledge of and experience with Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) would be advantageous Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Passionate about building client relationships and delivering exceptional service Proactive, motivated and keen to continue developing professionally Published on 03 Aug 2026, 6:37 AM
