We are looking for two hands-on Shift Supervisors to lead our team at the new Kallangur restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a positive, high-performing culture. The Role As Shift Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on leadership role ensuring smooth, high-quality daily operations, including: Leading shifts and motivating team performance Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences Overseeing food preparation, service standards, and product quality Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance Managing inventory, stock, and ordering Ensuring a clean, organized, and high-standard venue Handling customer issues confidently and professionally Supporting team training, culture, and operational success Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives You'll set the tone on shift, inspire your team, and make the Kallangur launch a success from day one.
