We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Learning, Education and Development (LEAD) team. In this varied role, you'll provide administrative support while assisting staff, students, graduate nurses and visitors. What you'll be doing Providing administrative and clerical support to the LEAD team Welcoming and assisting staff, students and visitors Responding to telephone and email enquiries Creating and maintaining student files and records Coordinating bookings, including student accommodation Processing correspondence, purchase requisitions and invoices Ordering goods and services in line with MDHS procedures You'll be a reliable and flexible team member with strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and a friendly, professional approach. About you You will be a reliable and flexible team member who can manage changing priorities in a busy office environment. You'll also bring: Previous experience providing administrative or clerical support Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident Microsoft Office skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach The ability to use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team An understanding of confidentiality and appropriate records management Why join us?
