About the Role Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across OSHC front line leadership roles and help coordinate casual recruitment with our Talent Acquisition administrators. You'll partner with operational leaders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions while ensuring every hire meets our high standards for quality, compliance and child safety. This role goes beyond filling vacancies, you'll help shape recruitment strategy, improve processes, support workforce planning and mentor Talent Acquisition Coordinators to continuously lift capability across the team. Your Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume frontline and corporate vacancies. Partner with operational leaders to provide workforce planning and recruitment advice. Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and critical roles. Build talent pipelines and improve candidate attraction across multiple regions. Ensure recruitment practices meet Child Safe Standards and legislative compliance requirements. Support and coach Talent Acquisition Coordinators. Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Lead and contribute to recruitment projects focused on process improvement and workforce sustainability. About You This role will suit someone with at least 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition who is ready to step into a leadership-focused role and make a real impact. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys building genuine partnerships with hiring managers and isn't afraid to think outside the box to solve recruitment challenges. You'll be someone who: Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or similar fields. Has experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment. Has exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Enjoys identifying opportunities to improve systems and recruitment processes. Experience within education, community services, healthcare or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.
