What's the role?
The Portfolio Operations Manager will ensure projects and programs are executed consistently, transparently, and effectively across their lifecycle. They're not just operational support-they're strategic enablers. This role is about connecting investment decisions, delivery execution, and enterprise standards into a cohesive rhythm that drives success.
At its core, the Portfolio Operations Manager will work closely with the Portfolio Director to helps safeguard outcomes by embedding robust controls, aligning resources and schedules, and holding everyone accountable to project objectives and frameworks. They're essential to ensuring that the right things are being delivered at the right time-with the right level of governance and value.
This is a full time role based in Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country, with hybrid working.
What do I need?
- Deep understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and reporting frameworks
- Expertise in financial management, program planning, and milestone tracking
- Experience managing PMO functions in large-scale, multi-stream programs
- Qualifications in Business, Finance, Project Management or Technology
- Certifications such as PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or P3O are highly desirable
- Skilled in tools for scheduling, reporting, and financial analysis
