What's the role?
You'll be the calm, trusted partner behind the scenes, supporting the Head of Operations within the Customer Lifecycle Management Delivery Unit. This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Sydney at Barangaroo on Warrane, Gadigal Country.
You'll own diary and inbox management, making sure every meeting, message and follow up is handled with care and precision. You'll coordinate travel, expenses, events and town halls, while providing tailored executive support in a fast moving environment. You'll also work closely with the Customer Lifecycle Management Executive Office and a broad network of Executive Assistants across the organisation, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

What do I need?
- Experience supporting senior executives in a large and complex organisation
- Confidence managing diaries, inboxes and competing priorities with care and accuracy
- Strong digital skills across Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- A thoughtful, forward looking approach to how AI can support day to day work
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management capability
