Leading cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Delivery, Data, Risk and Operations, you will drive customer, commercial, strategic and risk outcomes across BT's acquisition, activation and digital journeys. You will ensure prioritisation and investment decisions are evidence-based, value-driven and aligned to customer, adviser and business needs.

Working closely with senior leaders across BT and the broader Westpac Group, you will help strengthen BT's digital proposition, accelerate acquisition and activation outcomes, and deliver seamless end-to-end experiences for customers and advisers.
