Senior Product Manager, Tradfi Options

Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for options and derivatives trading products, from initial concept and research through launch, iteration, and long-term growth.
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives, market developments, and evolving user needs.
- Drive product improvements across options and related trading instruments to enhance user experience, functionality, and performance.
- Conduct market analysis, evaluate competitive landscapes, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, risk, compliance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful product initiatives.
- Monitor product performance metrics and continuously optimize features based on data-driven insights.
- Stay informed on trends in financial markets, trading products, and derivatives to guide future product strategies.
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role, preferably within trading, derivatives, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and user behaviors, with knowledge of options and derivatives being highly desirable.
- Experience designing or managing traditional stock options trading products, or hands-on experience trading options, is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to independently drive products from research and requirements gathering through launch, iteration, and growth.
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategies, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering solutions in complex technical environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with high levels of ownership and autonomy.
