As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
