Melbourne Grammar School is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Outdoor Education staff to work with students for Term 3 and Term 4 on a casual basis.
Through our Outdoor Education programme, we value educational experiences that take place in nature. Our natural environs provide a unique, dynamic and inspiring learning environment where our students can play, explore, discover and learn. The programme focuses on a holistic and experiential educational approach endeavouring to create deep learning experiences that educate the 'whole person'. The sequential and progressive program starts with our Prep students and culminates in a 20 day Year 10 program from Mt Hotham to Mt Kosciuszko. There is also a voluntary bushwalking program open to Year 9-12 students which runs during school holiday periods.
The successful applicants will be experienced in working with a variety of year levels in a school setting, possess suitable qualifications and experience and a passion for teaching students in the outdoors.
