Remuneration: $37.83 - $41.10 per hour + Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 20.5 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide safe, effective and culturally responsive care. You'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their treatment journey while developing your clinical capabilities.
In this role you will:
Assist in the assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care
Communicate and document accurate, timely patient information
Build therapeutic relationships with patients, carers and colleagues
Prioritise tasks to meet patient care objectives efficiently
Promote ongoing learning and adhere to professional standards

Essential Criteria:
Current enrolment including medication endorsement with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency. (Enrolled Nurse - Division 2)
Selection Criteria:
Post endorsement experience within an acute facility and/or previous clinical experience within Renal nursing
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to work effectively within a team
Demonstrated effective communication skills - written and verbal
Patient centred approach to care underpinned by evidence based practice
Commitment to quality improvement opportunities and involvement in same
