Join our team at our Ballarat East site as a Night Shift Electrician!
This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and safety-focused team.
The successful candidate will work 4 days on, 4 days off roster, with 11-hour shifts, offering a great work-life balance and consistent scheduling.
We are looking for a reliable and skilled electrician who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your trade expertise in this opportunity for Alstom.

We'll look to you for:

  • Performing fault diagnosis, identification and rectification on both the electrical and mechanical systems of the vehicle
  • Performing a range of tasks to test, repair, overhaul or modify rail vehicles in the braking, traction, suspension, and other related rail vehicle systems
  • Assist in the identification and production of vehicle modification programs to improve reliability and maintainability
  • Performing post work testing and validation as necessary
