About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join one of our high-performing sales teams.
As the central coordinator of every campaign, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of premium property marketing while providing exceptional operational support to a successful team of sales professionals. From launching campaigns and coordinating marketing to managing client communications and ensuring every detail is delivered flawlessly, you'll play a critical role in creating an outstanding experience for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, takes ownership of their work, and has a genuine passion for real estate.
What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Management
- Coordinate end-to-end property marketing campaigns from listing through to auction or sale.
- Manage campaign timelines to ensure all milestones are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate photography, floorplans, brochures, signboards, digital advertising and online listings.
- Proof marketing materials with vendors and coordinate approvals.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and external suppliers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate inspection schedules, auction preparation and campaign administration.
- Maintain accurate campaign records across internal systems.
Team Operations
- Manage correspondence, emails, calls and client enquiries.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments and team schedules.
- Prepare agendas and facilitate weekly team meetings.
- Maintain listing information and ensure database accuracy.
- Support workflow planning and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
- Coordinate team events and assist with occasional out-of-office and personal tasks.
- Mentor and support team members where appropriate.
About You
You'll be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
You'll also bring:
- Previous experience coordinating property campaigns within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate systems and sales administration processes.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to attend occasional off-site appointments.
