About the role

As a Customer Supply Planner, you'll ensure products are available when and where customers need them. Partnering closely with customers, vendors and internal teams, you'll use data and forecasting to optimise inventory and deliver strong service outcomes.

  • Create replenishment plans to achieve service and inventory targets.
  • Manage purchase orders and inventory availability.
  • Build strong partnerships with customers and vendors.
  • Analyse sales and inventory data to drive decisions.
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, Sales and Logistics teams.


About you

You're a detail-oriented and analytical supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver outstanding customer outcomes:

  • Experience in replenishment planning, supply planning or a similar FMCG role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actions.
  • Experience using forecasting, inventory management and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
