About the Role As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while driving sales and supporting daily store operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalised styling advice. Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktake activities. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay up to date with new collections and promotions. What We're Looking For Previous retail sales experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury retail. A passion for customer service and creating outstanding shopping experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results. Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
