About the role
Join our expert Medical Imaging team as a Specialist Radiographer Trauma and play a vital role in delivering high quality trauma imaging that supports timely diagnosis and exceptional patient care. Using advanced equipment and specialist expertise, you'll perform complex examinations across a diverse range of clinical presentations, working with a high level of professional independence.
You'll help shape the future of trauma imaging by sharing knowledge, supporting professional development and contributing to imaging standards and quality improvement initiatives. With opportunities to participate in research and quality assurance programs, you'll make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while helping advance practice across the service.
About You
You're an experienced Specialist Radiographer who brings advanced trauma imaging expertise, clinical judgement and a commitment to delivering safe, high quality care. To succeed in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Protection licence
Extensive experience in complex trauma imaging procedures
Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
Knowledge of PACS, quality standards and imaging best practice
