ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Retail Operations Specialist role supports the project delivery of in-Brand and Group initiatives that improve efficiencies and experiences for our customer.
Provide day-to-day operational, administrative and technical support to your peers and stakeholders
Collaborate with Retail and internal partners across the Group to deliver on project objectives, to remove friction and identify in-country operational efficiencies
Deliver and embed new operational processes and practices to improve productivity and utilize systems for their intended purpose
Plan and prioritise initiatives, activities and events to deliver an effective Retail operations calendar with our customer and team in mind
Review and identify opportunities and look for inconsistencies against Group Frameworks across our store fleet to improve productivity and create benchmarks for store formats
