About the Role
I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a Senior Integrations Lead to drive the design and delivery of mission-critical healthcare integrations that connect hospitals, radiology systems, and clinical workflows.
You will lead the development of integration solutions using HL7, DICOM, and the Rhapsody integration engine, ensuring seamless information flow between internal systems, external healthcare partners, and clinicians.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions connecting RIS, PACS, EMRs, and other hospital systems
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reliable solutions
- Ensure integrations meet architecture standards, governance, and best practices
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, proactively resolving incidents
- Mentor and coach junior team members in HL7, DICOM, Rhapsody, and integration best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and documentation
- Join an existing on-call roster to provide after hours support
About You
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong experience with enterprise system integrations
- Hands-on experience with HL7 and DICOM messaging standards
- Experience working with Mirth Integration Engine or similar middleware platforms
- Exposure to medical imaging workflows strongly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes
- Strong Database experience is a plus
