Medical Receptionist

Our clinics withinSouthern Tasmaniaare currently seeking aMedical Receptionistto join the team. This is aPermanent Full-Time positionworking rotating shifts between the core hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm.The locations includeCalvary Hospital, Kingston, Rosny and Hobart Private Hospital.

Reporting to the Regional Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

Key accountabilities include:

• Driving the delivery of high-quality receptionservices
• Providing excellent customer service and patient care
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

Key selection criteria:

• Previous medical receptionist background (Ideal but not necessary) or customer service background
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Current Drivers licence
