Joining a phenomenally long tenured team (the last recruitment for this store happened back in 2005), we are providing the rare opportunity for an experienced retail professional who can hit the ground running to become part of our community. Engaging with all aspects of running a successful store (from operating forklift trucks to providing expert advice to tradesmen); this role is ideal for a professional who has worked previously with industrial supplies to call home. What You'll Be Doing: Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email. Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products. Keep administration organised as required Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
