We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our Property team and play a key role in shaping environments that inspire and support our residents and stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Design Innovation, this role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives, manage FF&E and finishes, and contribute to strategic projects across greenfield and brownfield developments.

About The Role:

  • Collaborating with internal and external clients to develop and refine design briefs
  • Resolving design challenges and incorporating feedback
  • Reviewing documentation for new and existing sites
  • Detailing joinery, FF&E, and presentation boards
  • Presenting designs to residents and stakeholders
  • Attending project meetings and supporting delivery and fit-out
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives and business cases
  • Supporting internal and external design teams
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and team members

About You:

You’re a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong eye for detail. You bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 8+ years of experience in interior design
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or Revit
  • Strong Adobe Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills
  • A commitment to environmental sustainability
  • Strong research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Confidence in decision-making and influencing across teams
  • High-level communication skills and workshop facilitation experience
