Your Team We've already built a pretty amazing team, but we're not looking for more of the same. Our day-to-day is made stronger when we surround ourselves with people who are different, like you. Your Role The Head of App Enablement is accountable for the end-to-end execution system of all app-based member experiences, ensuring product and marketing priorities are delivered reliably, safely and at pace by owning sequencing, dependency management, release readiness, platform orchestration and supporting value-based prioritisation across the app ecosystem. Key accountabilities: Translate Product and Marketing priorities into clear, sequenced delivery pathways Manage constrained capacity and make trade-offs based on value, feasibility, dependency, risk and platform integrity Maintain visibility of engineering, release cycles, app store processes, integrations, platform constraints, partners and squad readiness Use delivery and operational data to identify bottlenecks, release risks and dependency failures early Own release readiness, deployment discipline, app store management, post-release validation, platform health, security and compliance Lift delivery discipline, ways of working, automation and continuous improvement across app execution Builds alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing and leadership, navigating competing priorities and landing pragmatic trade-offs without compromising delivery integrity Your Experience Proven experience leading delivery across multiple teams, systems and dependencies, where sequencing, trade-offs and execution quality materially impact outcomes Demonstrated accountability for ensuring initiatives are delivered reliably, at pace and to a high standard, not just coordinated across teams Track record of strengthening release practices, reducing defects and incidents, and improving delivery predictability and cycle time Extensive experience delivering member-facing outcomes through shared platforms and dependencies, aligning multiple functions to a single delivery plan. Proven ability to make and communicate difficult prioritisation decisions, including re-sequencing work, declining initiatives or escalating conflicts with clear, value-based rationale Experience improving ways of working, tooling and release processes to increase efficiency, reduce duplication and enable more scalable execution Ability to convert product and marketing priorities into clear, sequenced delivery pathways, defining what will be delivered, when and how, based on system constraints. Strong capability to prioritise and re-sequence work based on value, capacity, feasibility and risk, making clear decisions on what progresses, is deferred or is declined Ability to coordinate complex, interdependent work across squads, systems and partners, ensuring delivery is aligned, sequenced and achievable. Deep capability to understand and connect dependencies across engineering, release cycles, integrations and platform constraints, identifying risks and enabling coordinated execution. Deep understanding of how app architecture, release processes, integrations, platform constraints and squad dependencies interact to enable or prevent reliable delivery of member experiences. Strong knowledge of how stability, security, performance and compliance are impacted by delivery decisions, and how to maintain the app as a reliable execution channel at scale. Deep understanding of how to assess and sequence work based on business value, delivery capacity, technical feasibility, dependencies and risk-particularly in constrained environments with competing priorities. Understanding of how complex delivery systems behave, including dependency risks, bottlenecks, release failure patterns and how to intervene early to prevent breakdowns Strong knowledge of delivery and platform metrics (e.g. defects, release performance, dependency failures), and how to use data to improve decision-making, predict risk and optimise execution outcomes Your Benefits!
