P&C Lead UGL Services - Advisory Hub
We're building a new People & Culture Advisory Hub and are looking for an experienced People & Culture Lead to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a portfolio of P&C professionals within the UGL Services division while partnering with business leaders across major projects and operational business units. You'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services, managing complex people matters and helping drive business performance through effective people solutions across the UGL Industrial & Resources East, Fuels and Energy East, Telco, Resources West and Utilities O&M Line of Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of P&C practitioners spanned across a national portfolio, including Industrial & Resources East, Fuels and Energy East, Telco, Resources West and Utilities O&M Line of Business.
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance and organisational change matters.
- Acting as the escalation point for complex and high-risk people issues.
- Coaching leaders to build capability and improve people outcomes.
- Supporting workforce planning, project mobilisation and business transformation initiatives.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges and manage people risk.
About you
You are an experienced P&C leader with strong experience in business partnering within the construction, oil and gas, utilities or infrastructure sectors.
Experience
- Significant P&C experience in a senior advisory or business partnering role.
- Proven leadership and people development capability.
- Strong employment relations knowledge and case management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A practical, commercially focused approach to problem solving.
- Experience in infrastructure, engineering, construction, mining, utilities or project-based environments will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or similar
