With more than 80 restaurants across Australia and an exciting growth pipeline ahead, we're looking for an experienced Head of Operations Development to join our leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager - Restaurant Success, you'll lead our capability, training and company store functions, ensuring our teams have the support, systems and development needed to deliver strong restaurant performance, successful new store openings and continued growth. What You'll Be Doing Lead the Operations Development strategy across the Schnitz network. Oversee company restaurant performance, ensuring strong commercial, operational and people outcomes. Lead the development of training, capability and learning programs across franchise partners, restaurant teams and leaders. Drive successful new restaurant openings, ensuring teams are trained, supported and operationally ready. Oversee learning pathways, training frameworks and capability development initiatives. Review company store performance, budgets and improvement plans to identify opportunities for growth. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team across Company Operations, Field Training and Learning & Development. Ensure field training resources are aligned to new openings, business priorities and network needs. Partner with Operations, People & Culture, Property, Marketing, Finance and Franchise Partners to deliver business outcomes. Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve restaurant performance, team capability and guest experience. About You Senior multi-site operations leadership experience within QSR, hospitality, retail or a franchise environment. Demonstrated ownership of operational performance and commercial results across multiple locations. Experience developing capability through coaching, training and leadership development. Proven experience delivering new store openings or complex operational mobilisation projects. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and performance improvement plans. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a national network. A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality or a related discipline will be highly regarded. The Good Stuff! Join a growing Australian success story.
