Apply Job no: 26-246 Category: Administration & Office Support Project Administration Team Lead - Ampcontrol Ampcontrol is growing and we're looking for a confident, solutionsfocused Project Administration Team Lead to guide our national administration team and support the delivery of highquality HV Field Services across Australia. If you're a natural organiser, a peoplefirst leader, and someone who thrives in a fastpaced operational environment, this role puts you at the centre of our service delivery engine. About the Role In this pivotal leadership position, you'll oversee a geographically dispersed team responsible for delivering accurate, timely and customerfocused administrative support to our HV Field Services Division. You'll lead the coordination of critical workflows including materials management, timesheets, invoicing, fleet administration, travel logistics and executive support. What You'll Be Doing Lead, mentor and develop a team of 10-15 administration professionals across multiple states. Drive consistency and efficiency across all administrative processes - materials orders, timesheets, invoicing, purchase orders and job cost allocation. Support financial performance through accurate reporting, cost tracking, KPI monitoring and commercial controls. Coordinate fleet, travel and accommodation logistics to ensure compliance, readiness and costeffective deployment. Provide executivelevel support to the HV Field Services Manager, including calendar management, reporting and communications. Champion digital transformation, system utilisation and continuous improvement across the division. What You'll Bring Experience in administration within a manufacturing, industrial or servicebased environment. Strong leadership capability with a collaborative, peoplefocused approach. Confidence using ERP systems, Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools. Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy and deliver results under pressure.
