We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced building materials environment. You will embody an Inspirational approach to work. Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, storage, and distribution Lead and motivate a small warehouse team in a hands-on capacity Manage inventory control, stock movements, replenishment, and stocktaking Unload containers and trucks safely and efficiently Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation Collaborate closely with Trade Partners and project teams Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, environmental, and company policies What you'll bring: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager and knowledge of building materials Proven ability to plan and execute complex, multi-phase plans while adapting to changing project requirements. To be confident with technology, including tracking logistics, using MS Office and our CRM, and maintaining accurate records. Demonstrated leadership and people management experience Current LF Forklift License (essential) Valid Victorian (or Australian equivalent) Driver's License Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory software Strong organisational, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills We are Driven to offer you a great career and benefits.
