About the Role

As a Graduate Integration Developer, you'll work alongside experienced technology professionals to design, build and support integration solutions that enable systems across QIC to exchange data securely, reliably and efficiently.

You'll gain exposure to modern enterprise technologies including APIs, cloud platforms, messaging systems and automation tools while developing practical software engineering skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Learn how enterprise integrations and APIs connect key business systems across QIC.
  • Develop and enhance integration solutions using technologies such as MuleSoft, Azure services and messaging platforms.
  • Work with experienced developers on technology transformation and business initiatives.
  • Participate in code reviews and learn software engineering best practices.
  • Assist with troubleshooting production issues and investigating root causes.
  • Gain exposure to cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and DevOps practices.
  • Utilise AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot, to enhance productivity and accelerate learning.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA specialists, infrastructure teams and cybersecurity professionals.
  • Support production releases, controlled change activities and operational support processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems and is keen to learn.

You will ideally have:

  • A recently completed or soon-to-be completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • An interest in software development, integration technologies and cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Java, C# or Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a genuine eagerness to learn.
