Join the Interventional Radiology team at Nepean Hospital as a Bookings Officer, where you will coordinate patient appointments and specialised procedures while providing high quality administrative support in a busy tertiary hospital environment. Working closely with patients, clinicians, and referrers, you will help ensure timely access to care and a seamless patient experience.

What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated relevant experience, preferably in hospital or health service administration.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex bookings within tight timeframes while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational and problem-solving techniques with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling processes. Possess a positive attitude and sound work ethic while adapting to changing work environments
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and use sound judgment and work collaboratively and as part of a team as well as independently.
- Highly developed communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to interact with people at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidently, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and urgency.
