The Role

We are looking for a qualified health care professional with current authorisation to practice as a Primary Health Nurse Practitioner in NSW.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary health care to patients in custody in accordance with best evidence-based practice and organisational policies.

Our Location

Mid North Coast - Aldavilla is a rural locality in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, roughly 10 kilometres west of the town of Kempsey. The locality is bordered on three sides by the Macleay River. Fattorini Creek, a tributary of the Macleay, forms its northern boundary. Aldavilla is surrounded by national parks and just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the Macleay Valley Coast.

South Coast - The South Coast Correctional Centre (SCCC) is a 1050-bed facility that houses male offenders in minimum, medium, and maximum-security areas, usually those sentenced locally and/or with family and community ties. The SCCC is in South Nowra, approximately 168km south of Sydney and 5km from the Nowra CBD. The SCCC provides accommodation for inmates as well as services and programs for recreation, education, and employment.
