Location: Eastern Campus, Liverpool and requires travel to all SWSLHD facilities.

Join the Clinical Streams and Allied Health leadership team and help shape the future of Surgical Specialties, Liver, Urology and Gastroenterological Services across South Western Sydney Local Health District. Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
- Please describe a significant service improvement, model of care change or quality initiative you have led within a surgical, perioperative or related clinical service. What was your approach, how did you engage stakeholders, and what outcomes were achieved?
- This role requires leadership across multiple services and sites. Please provide an example of how you have built effective clinical relationships, influenced practice or achieved a shared outcome across multidisciplinary teams or organisations.

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
