You'll be the key driver of our Artarmon showroom experience - leading the counter, supporting branch operations, and helping shape how customers interact with John R Turk.

Job Description

  • Showroom leadership - owning the counter experience, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting junior team members.
  • Customer solutions - delivering an instore experience that inspires, educates, and builds loyalty.
  • Operational admin - managing sales orders, quotes, customer projects, and ensuring accuracy across all counter transactions.
  • Supplier coordination - working with suppliers to maintain margins, stock availability, and product knowledge.
  • Customer followups - responding to queries, making followup calls, and ensuring customers feel supported endtoend.
  • Showroom standards - maintaining merchandising, stock presentation, and a professional, safe counter environment.

Qualifications

  • You bring positive energy, reliability, and pride in running a smooth, professional showroom.
  • You're motivated to become an expert and enjoy helping customers solve problems.
  • You build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and your team.
  • Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, or construction is highly regarded - but we'll train you if you're keen to learn.
