In this contract role until April 30th April 2027, you'll support work that helps UniSuper create a market leading employer experience and contribute to meaningful outcomes for our employer partners and members.
The role
The key focus of this contract role is to support the Employer strategy, helping UniSuper capitalise on opportunities to maintain and create a market leading employer experience. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to analyse requirements, support process improvement and contribute to employer-facing initiatives.
You will:
  • Support reviews of employer experience processes and assist with practical improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and employers to understand challenges, requirements and infrastructure processes.
  • Analyse employer requirements and contribute to prioritisation based on value add.
  • Contribute to initiatives that deliver on the Employer strategy and wider UniSuper goals.
  • Support Business Development and Partnership team members through change required for approved employer-facing projects.
  • Assist with team planning activities, working with cross-functional teams to support Employer strategy priorities.
About you
You'll bring a practical, collaborative approach and enjoy working with stakeholders to solve problems and improve how work gets done. You're comfortable working with data, technology and changing priorities, and you take pride in delivering quality outcomes.
You will bring:
  • Experience engaging internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
  • Technology expertise and business unit knowledge.
  • Commercial acumen and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, empathy and persuasive communication.
  • Experience with CRMs, databases, information gathering, analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills, with learning agility in a changing environment.
