About Us
UniSuper is a workplace where highly skilled professionals are empowered to Think Great and deliver exceptional retirement outcomes for our members. Are you ready to take on new challenges, drive excellence and shape UniSuper's success? Join UniSuper as a leader and empower your team within an industry leading culture, driving simplification and performance.
We're all here to deliver great retirement outcomes for our members. We have a long history with the University sector and today we're a place where future-minded Australians can all come together. We have a track record of success and a culture focussed on being the best place to work in superannuation. We'll achieve this by bringing our values to life in everything we do - genuine care, being better together and a passion for outcomes.
We have a clear plan of what we need to do, and we need the Service Experience & AI Manager to lead that journey. The Workplace Technology Service Experience & AI team owns UniSuper's corporate application landscape - including Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft and 40+ business applications - and drives practical AI adoption for business process and workflow improvement across the organisation, our Managed Service Provider and wider supplier ecosystem. The team owns application roadmaps and demand intake, rationalises the long tail of the application estate, and manages the vendors and licenses that underpin it, so the business gets more value from its technology investment.
Step into a role at a moment of change, leading AI adoption and application transformation that improves how people work across UniSuper.
