Ready to make a real impact across regional Queensland? Join our Regional Commercial & Agribusiness Banking team as a Senior Relationship Manager and help local businesses, primary producers and communities thrive.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, preferably based in Toowoomba on Jagera, Giabal and Jarowair Country, with flexibility to consider candidates located across Southern Queensland.

You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of agribusiness customers, building trusted relationships and helping customers achieve their growth ambitions. This is a portfolio with significant opportunity for new client acquisition, so you'll play a key role in identifying, pursuing and winning new business across Toowoomba and the broader Southern Queensland region. Working alongside internal specialists and regional banking experts, you'll deliver tailored banking and lending solutions while strengthening our presence in the market. It's a fantastic opportunity to expand your capability, grow your network and make a meaningful impact for our customers, communities and the future growth of the business.

What do I need?

• Experience managing commercial banking, business banking or agribusiness customer relationships
• Strong capability in cash flow lending, credit analysis and deal structuring
• A genuine passion for supporting regional businesses and agribusiness customers
• The ability to build trusted relationships and deliver great customer outcomes
• Confidence identifying new opportunities and working collaboratively with internal partners
