About Your Role:

We are seeking a highly organised Administration & Timesheet Officer to provide payroll, timesheet and administrative support to our Manufacturing & Maintenance team at in Spotswood.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and validating employee and labour hire timesheets
  • Supporting payroll submissions and resolving payroll enquiries
  • Maintaining training, licence and competency records
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation requirements
  • Preparing reports and supporting invoicing and service order administration
  • Providing general administrative support across the site


About You:

We are searching for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in administration, payroll and/or time sheet processing
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Kronos, SAP or similar workforce management systems (desirable)
  • A positive, customer-focused approach
