Within our Utilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business, we deliver essential electricity network services that keep communities connected and industry moving.
As part of our Victorian team, you'll play a key role in delivering maintenance and construction programs across major electricity distribution networks, working with some of Victoria's largest utility clients.

About the role
The Program Manager is responsible for leading the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of electricity distribution maintenance and construction programs across AusNet and United Energy. Managing a growing workforce of Lineworkers and field crews, you'll oversee workforce planning, scheduling, client relationships, safety performance and operational delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being in the field, engaging with crews, solving operational challenges and driving strong performance across critical infrastructure programs.
Key responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day delivery of electricity distribution maintenance programs.
Keep crews organised, resourced and ready to deliver work safely and efficiently.
Spend time in the field supporting teams, driving safety and solving operational challenges.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular performance updates.
Manage workforce planning, forecasting, invoicing and overall program performance.

About you
Experience in a similar role delivering electricity distribution maintenance programs leading Lineworkers and field-based crews.
Strong experience in the Victorian electricity distribution industry (VESI).
- Experience managing workforce planning, client reporting and day-to-day operations.
