About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Manager with project delivery experience and a proven ability to foster long-term client relationships and consistently deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.

Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will oversee the successful delivery of high-value signage and branding projects from inception through to completion. You'll also play an integral role in mentoring Project Managers, strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Underdale (SA) branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of complex signage and branding projects from award through to completion
  • Manage strategic client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
  • Oversee project planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and installation activities
  • Drive project profitability through strong commercial management, forecasting and cost control
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring programs remain on schedule
  • Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes
  • Mentor and support Project Managers, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with estimating, operations and leadership teams to drive business performance
  • Identify new opportunities within existing client portfolios and contribute to business growth
  • Champion a culture of safety, quality and exceptional customer service

About You

You're a confident and highly capable Project Manager who thrives on responsibility, enjoys solving complex challenges and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

To be successful, you'll ideally possess:

  • Experience managing commercial projects within the signage, construction, fit-out, manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, budgets and delivery program
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to manage project profitability and contractual obligations
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to mentor, influence and develop others within a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • A current driver's licence
