About the role
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we are enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.

Providing support to the Investigations and Privacy Teams, you will contribute to the delivery of the 'system manager' function in relation to the prevention and management of serious wrongdoing across NSW Health. This includes supporting the maintenance and review of the Ministry's fraud and corruption prevention framework, providing support during the conduct of investigations into serious wrongdoing and contributing to the Ministry's response on privacy-related matters.

Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $102,936 - $113,579 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location - 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you will be doing
In this role you will:

  • Provide timely, efficient administrative and related support to the Investigations and Privacy Teams, including records management, staff onboarding, monitoring team mailboxes, performing website updates, and monitoring responses to, and approvals of, briefings and other correspondence.
  • Support the development, review and publication of policies, tools and resources relevant to the prevention of, and response to, serious wrongdoing.
  • Capture and maintain reporting data and coordinate the delivery of statutory reports.


About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

  • Understanding the principles of good corporate governance, including acting ethically, fairly and in the public interest.
  • Sound organisational skills, the capacity to undertake and complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Clearly explaining and presenting ideas and arguments, including writing and preparing material that is well structured and easy to follow.
