What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting positive patient outcomes throughout the surgical journey.
Deliver and assist with the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised nursing care.
Provide evidence-based care within professional, legal and ethical frameworks and WSLHD policies.
Communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation to support safe, high-quality patient care.
Effectively prioritise workload and manage competing demands in a fast-paced clinical environment

Essential Criteria
Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
