What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care coordination and evidence-based clinical interventions to support clients with diverse healthcare needs. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will play a key role in promoting health, maintaining wellbeing and achieving positive patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting nursing assessments, developing care plans and coordinating client-centred care

Delivering evidence-based clinical interventions, monitoring client progress and supporting health outcomes

Educating and supporting clients, carers and families to enhance self-management and wellbeing

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in case reviews and contributing to quality improvement activities

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective and coordinated care delivery

Essential Criteria:

Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work

3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal

4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership

5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

6. Commitment to continuing professional development

7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training

8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
