Senior Quality Advisor
UGL is delivering the Rail Integration Systems (RIS) Package for Cross River Rail, integrating new infrastructure and systems into a live operational railway. With complex interfaces, staged commissioning activities, and critical possession windows, this role will play a key part in coordinating successful project delivery
Reporting to the Completions Manager, your role will be to assist in the management and facilitation of Operational Readiness and Practical Completion requirements.
Key responsibilities
Lead the management of Hexagon (Quality, Test & Commissioning Electronic System), back end configuration to manage assets and testing requirements as per scope and scope changes.
Assist in the management and facilitation of Operational Readiness and Practical Completion requirements. Coordination of deliverables to the Client and Utility providers to satisfy completion requirements.
Management and Update of the Electronic Electrical Quality System (Hexagon)
Updating the Assets and systemisations in the Electronic system (Hexagon) as design changes are made
Supporting Site teams to use the Electronic Quality System (Hexagon) and Tablets
Support the transfer of Assets to Client by coordination of teams to deliver evidence to schedule
Coordinate the evidence to satisfy the asset transfer requirements
Identification of evidence to satisfy Utility Owner On Maintenance and Practical Completion Requirements
Coordinate the evidence to satisfy the asset transfer requirements
Coordination of teams and evidence to satisfy Practical Completion requirements
Coordinate the action plan and action owners to close Defects
About You
Quality Advisor with large infrastructure experience
Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (essential)
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent computer skills ideally with experience using Hexagon or similar
