Sales Associate, Chatswood Chase
The Opportunity
The Hermes Chatswood Chase Boutique focuses on providing extraordinary service to all clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team as a Sales Associate within the Hermes Maison and work collaboratively to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience:
- Strive to provide exceptional client experience in line with the Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines and benchmarks to every client in Hermes
- Practice the Orange Box Ceremony and Hand Rituals
- Clientele with current and potential clients to establish and maintain client relationships
- Handle complex client experience concerns and issues, i.e. dissatisfied customers, exchanges, returns, after-sales according to the Store Notebook
- Offer exceptional aftersales experience to all clients with assessment of repairs and accurate completion of relevant forms
- Capture accurate and relevant information through POS and CRM systems
- Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management
- Utilise professional and elegant dialogue with clients and team members
Metier Ambassadorship:
- Being a proactive Ambassador for assigned metier
- Meticulous visual merchandising and housekeeping of retail floor areas
- Understanding and sharing of metier performance
- Accurate mini count/ stock take results
- Sharing of key information about the metier
- Training and sharing on new product launches, particularly for new joiners
- Sharing and being an expert on care and aftersales
- Demonstrate and encourage team to master the Metier Hand Rituals
- Positive teamwork and provides support or their Ambassadorship
Daily Operations:
- Daily housekeeping duties
- Assist in stock duties including unpacking, validating and distributing stock deliveries
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and stock takes
- Adhere and abides by all policies set out by Hermes Australia and Hermes international
About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
- A strong background in customer service and/or sales. Experience in a luxury environment with Fine Jewelry expertise is advantageous.
- A team player attitude and the ability to embody the values of the Hermes Maison.
- Excellent relationship development skills with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.
- Display a high standard of presentation and grooming.
- A passion for our creations and the craft and identity of our Maison with a comprehensive product knowledge in Hermes Metiers.
- A positive, proactive, efficient and client focused attitude.
- A strong sense of time management with the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise.
- The ability to achieve personal targets and quickly adapt to an ever-evolving, rapid moving retail environment whilst maintaining professionalism.
- The ability to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
